Selling Prior to Delivery

If a purchaser needs to sell their interest during construction, does it have to go through Storylines, and if the price has gone up, will the seller get to keep the profit, subject of course to transaction fees?

All sales go through Storylines and the seller would not keep any profits prior to settlement.

Why paying 20% payment for a residence?

As a precursor to securing funding, it is the industry standard for companies seeking investment capital to be able to demonstrate to potential investors that their business model is salient. Refundability of Initial Deposit

The $10,000 deposit remains fully refundable until completion of the Sales Purchase Agreement contract. With a limited number of Global Residences available, some options have already sold out.

Funding the Initial Deposit

The initial deposit is held by Storylines, all subsequent milestone payments (once the reservation is legally committed or unconditional with the signing of sales contracts) are paid into escrow for the duration of the built.
