How much is the additional fee if a family member or friend visits the ship? Is there a limit to the amount of time I can have a friend or family member in my residence before I lose the 18% reduction to the annual assessment (for single occupancy)?
Your fee rate depends on the actual occupancy of your unit so that we can provision accordingly. The friends and family rate for your personal guests staying in your residence is about $70 per day for adults and $50 per day for children under 18. This rate is applicable to stays up to three months. After that time, the occupancy rate increases.
