Residences may be purchased outright or as a 12yr lease, similar to a home purchase. Residences purchased outright are fully inheritable to future estates and beneficiaries, or may be sold at any time.
At the end of the initial vessel’s 60 year lifespan, owners may roll their holding over onto another ship in the Storylines fleet – without the need to make an additional purchase. You and your family can cruise forever, or take advantage of any capital growth in your residence.
Should you choose to sell your residence at a later date the storylines team will provide sales and marketing assistance to maximize the sale price. As residence availability is limited, it is entirely possible the market value will increase over time.
