Refundability of Initial Deposit

The $10,000 deposit remains fully refundable in escrow until completion of the Sales Purchase Agreement contract. With only 627 residences available, many residence options have already sold out. All residences are likely to be sold by mid 2021.

Funding the Initial Deposit

All deposits are held in secure US based escrow, and are only released to Storylines upon delivery of the vessel, protecting your investment. Full deposit details are available along with a residence selection proposal. Alternatively, your residential adviser would be happy to provide assistance.
